    [Abstract]Objective： To investigate the effect ESPCS intervention on the catastrophic cognition pain in patients after knee arthroplasty.Method：Atotal 60patients whounderwentknee arthroplasty in ChangzhouMedicalDistrictfromMay2021toDecember 2023 wee selected and divided into control groupand observation group according to the order admission.
