    [Abstract]Objective： To explore the effect of acceptance commitment therapy in oral care of patients with head and neck malignant tumor radiotherapy.Method：A total of 84 patients withhead andneck malignant tumor radiotherapy admitted to the Oncology Department of Nanjing Gaochun People's Hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were randomly divided into two groups， with 42 patients in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing， andthe study group added acceptance commitment therapy on thebasisof the control group.Thedegreeoforal mucosa injury，psychological state，self-efficacy andqualityof lifeof thetwo groups were compaed.
