    [Abstract]Objective： To explore the application effect of music therapy combined with knee continuous passivemention (CPM)training in the early stage after total knee arthroplasty.Method：A total of 42 patients with knee ostoarthritis admited to from January 2022 toDecember 2023 were selected. According to theintervention measures， the patients were divided into observation groupand control group，with21 cases ineach group.All patients underwent totalknee arthroplasty.The control groupreceived routine rehabilitation training after surgery， and the observation group received knee CPM training and music therapy intervention based on routine rehabilitation training after surgery.
