    [Abstract]Objective： To explore the effect of vacuum sealing drainage technology (VSD)combined with short-term intensive insulininthe treatment ofpatients with acutesoft tissue injury complicated with diabetes mellitus.Method：Atotalof102patientswithacute soft tissue injury complicatedwithdiabetes melitus admitted to NingdeCityHospital Afiliated toNingdeNormal Universityfrom June2021to June 2023 were selected asthe study objects，andthey were dividedinto control group and study groupbased onrandom numbertable method， with 51 cases in each group.The control group received routine debridement and dressng change intervention，and the study groupreceived VSD combined with short-term intensive insulin intervention.The therapeutic effect，laboratory indexes and complication rate of the two groups were compared and observed.
