    [Abstract]Objective： To explore the eect of Vancomycin combined with Meropenem in the treatment of postoperative intracranialinfection afterrecurent cerebral gliomasand its effecton inflammation and cerebrospinal fluid indexes.Method：A total of 8O patients with postoperative intracranial infection after recurrent cerebral gliomas were selected from Beijing North Asia Orthopaedic Hospital from November 2019 to November 2023.
