    [Abstract]Objective： To analyze the pathogenic bacteria and influencing factors of puerperal infection after cesarean section.Method： Clinical data of 658 patients with cesarean section treated in Meishan People's Hospital from May 2022 to October 2023 were selected.According to whether postpartum infection occurred after cesarean section，they were divided into infected group (n=3)and non-infected group ( n =625).The pathogenic bacteria and influencing factors of puerperal infection after cesarean section were analyzed.Result： Among 658 patients with cesarean section， 33 cases were infected with puerperal infection after cesarean section， with an incidence of 5.02% .
