    [Abstract]Objective： To investigate the family hardiness of children with retinopathy of prematurity (ROP)and its influencing factors.Method： A total of 70 children with ROP and their family members who were admitted to Jiujiang Maternaland Child Health Hospital from September 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the study objects.According to thefamily hardinessindex (FHl)score， the children were divided into high group (FHI scores gt;50 points， n=47 ) and low group (FHI scores ≤50 points， n=23 ). The psychological status， coping style， self-effcacy and general information of the two groups were compared， and the influencing factors of family hardiness were analyzed.Result：There were statistically significant differences in psychological status， coping style， self-effcacy score，clinical stage，family age，familyeducation level， work status，per capita monthly income，whether chronic diseases were combined ......
