    [Abstract] Objective： To investigate the efficacy of Moluodan + modified quadruple sequential therapy on Helicobacter pylori (Hp)positive chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG)and the effect on inflammatory factor.Method：A total of 96CAG patients who were treated in Jiujiang NO.1 People's Hospital from March 2021 to March 2024 were divided into observation groupand control group bythe random number table method， with 48cases in each group. The control group was treated with modified quadruple sequential therapy， and the observation group was treated with Moluodanon thebasisof thecontrol group.The clinical effcacyafter 14days of treatment and Hp negative conversion rate after1 monthof treatment wererecorded.The levelsof inflammatory factors and serum indexes before and after treatment were counted.Adverse reactions during treatment were recorded.Result：The clinical efcacyoftheobservationgroupwasbetterthanthatofthecontrolgroup ......
