    [Abstract]Objective： To investigate the effct of Amphotericin Bin the treatment of patients with fungal meningitis complicated withhydrocephalus.Method： A total of 80 patientswith fungal meningitis complicated with hydrocephalus in Beijing North Asia Orthopaedic Hospitalfrom January 2020 to December 2023 weredivided into control group 40cases and observation group 40 cases according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with Fluconazoleand Flucytosine，theobservation group was treated with Amphotericin Bon the basis ofcontrol group.Thenthetreatment effectafterten weeks， various adverse reactions rates，intracranial pressure， cerebrospinal fluidroutine biochemicalindexes (white blood cellcount， proteincontent and glucose level)and Th cytokines [interleukin-6 (IL-6)， interleukin- 8 (IL-8)， interleukin-10 (IL-10) and tumor necrosis factor- α (TNF- α 》 before and afterthetreatment of two groups werecompared.Result：Thetotaleffectiverate ofobservation groupwas significantly higher than that of control group ......
