    [Abstract]Objective：To analyze the application effect of Li's pestle needle method and Shuangju Granules combined with focused ultrasound ablation surgery (FUAS) in the treatment ofuterine fibroids.Method： A total of 110 patients with uterine fibroids admitted to Ganzhou Maternaland Child Health Hospitalfrom January 2022 to June 2023 were divided into two groupsusing arandom number table method， with 55 cases in each group.The control group received FUAS treatment， while the observation group received aditional treatment with Li's pestle needle therapy combined with Shuangju Granules in addition to the control group.The clinical eficacy，serum related indicators [serum matrix metallo proteinase (MMP-9)， insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-I)， and epidermal growth factor (EGF)] ......
