    [Abstract]Objective： To investigatethe effect of bone cement filling combined with screw fixation on bone metabolism in patients with medialtibial plateau bone defects duringknee arthroplasty.Method： A retrospective analysis was conducted on the data of 85 patients with medial tibial plateau bone defects who underwent knee arthroplasty at People's Hospital of Ganzhou District from January 2016 to January 2022.According to different intraoperative treatment methods， 43 patients who received bone cement filling combined with screw fixation were divided into anobservation group，and 42 patients who received autogenous bone transplantation were divided into a control group.The perioperative indicators， knee joint function scores， joint range of motion， bone metabolism indicators，and incidence of complications between thetwo groups were compared.Result：The operation time and average healing timeofthe observation group were shorter than those of the control group ......
