    [Abstract]Objective： To explore the clinical efficacy of Jianpi Qinghua Sanyu Decoction combined with Baduanjin in treating erosive gastritis based on the theory of\"turbid toxin-microecology\". Method： A totalof 60 patients witherosive gastritis were selected from Ji'an Central People's Hospital fromOctober 2023to April 2024. They were randomly divided intoacontrol group of 30 cases (treatedwith conventional western medicine) and an observation group of 30cases (treated with Jianpi Qinghua Sanyu Decoction combined with Baduanjin).The main symptom scoresbefore and after treatmentfor3months，theeficacy after treatment，and thelevelsof inflammatory factors in gastric mucosa before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.
