    [Abstract]Objective： To investigate the effects of Levetiracetam on cognition and electroencephalography in childrenwith neurodevelopmentaldisordercomorbidities epileptiform discharges.Method：A totalof 10o clinical children with neurodevelopmental disorder comorbidities epileptiform discharges treated in Ganzhou Women and Children's Health Care Hospital from January 2019 to June 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according randomnumbertable method， with 50cases ineachgroup.Thecontrolgroup was treated withTiapride and Haloperiol，andtheobservation groupwastreated withLevetiracetamonthebasisofcontrol group.Theimprovement of electroencephalographyincidenceofepilepsycognitivefunction，qualityoflifeandincidenceofadverseeactions betwen the two groups were compared.Result： The total effective rate of improvement electroencephalography in observation groupwashigher than that in control group ......
