    [Abstract]Objective： To explore the efect of Huachansu Capsules combined with Tenofovir Disoproxil Fumarate on patients with liver cancer.Method： A total of 84 patients with liver cancer admitted to Pingxiang Second People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2024 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method， with 42 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Tenofovir Disoproxil Fumarate，and theobservation groupwas treatedwithHuachansu Capsules on the basis ofthe control group.The clinical effcacy，hepatitisBvirus gene (HBV-DNA)，liver function indexesalanine aminotransferase (ALT)，aspartate aminotransferase (AST)，glutamyltransferase (GGT)] and the occurrence of adverse reactions between thetwo groups were compared.
