    [Abstract]Objective： To analyze the application effect of medium frequency pulse combined with nursing intervention in patients with knee osteoarthritis.Method： Atotalof 60patients withkneeosteoarthritisadmitted to Jiujiang NO.1 People's Hospital from July 2023 to December 2024 were divided into two groups according to random number table method， with 30 cases in each group.Both groups were injected with Medical Chitosan in joint cavity，thecontrol group was givenroutine nursing intervention，and theexperimental group was treated with mediumfrequencypulse interventiononthebasis ofthe control group.The degree ofknee pain，knee function，knee motion and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Result：There were no significant differences in visual analogue scale (VAS)，Lequesne index， kneemotionand qualityof life scores between thetwo groups before intervention ( Pgt; 0.05).VAS and Lequesne index scores of both groups after intervention were lower than those before intervention ......
