    [Abstract]Objective：To observe the application efect of ultra short wave therapy for clearing the lungs， high-frequency pulse oscilltion for expectoration，andthree-dimensional adaptivesupport inchildren with severe pneumonia.Method： A total of 88children with severe pneumonia treated at Ganzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June 2023to May 2024 were selected as the observation sample.They were randomly divided into an experimental groupof 44 cases anda control group of 44 cases using a random number table method.The control group received routine nursing care for children with severe pneumonia， while the experimental group received ultra short wave therapy for clearing the lungs，high-frequency pulse oscilation for expectoration，and threedimensionaladaptive support.The observation indicators of the two groups after 2 weeks of intervention were ......
