    [Abstract]Objective： To explore the effect of hierarchical psychological care combined with fiveelements music on perioperative psychological anxiety of women undergoing cesarean section.Method：A total of 80 eligiblewomen with cesarean section who were admitted to Shangrao Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January to December 2023were randomly divided into two groups (n=40)，in which the control group was treated with conventional nursing intervention， and the observation group was treated with hierarchical psychological care combined with five-element music intervention.The anxiety， sleep quality，recovery and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were evaluated.
