    [Abstract]Objective： To investigate the application value of three indexes of gastric function and carbohydrate antigen 72-4(CA7-4) inthe screening of gastriclesions inHelicobacter pylori (Hp)positive physical examination subjects.Method： A total of 130 patients who underwent gastroscopy in the First People's Hospital of Fuzhou from March 2023 to March 2024 were selected as the study objects.Hp examination was performed on all enrolled patients. Patients were divided into observation group ( n =60， Hp positive) and control group ( n =70，Hp negative)according to theHp examination results.Patients in observation group weredivided into gastric disease group ( n =20) and non-gastric disease group ( n =40) according to the presence of gastric lesions.
