    [Abstract]Objective： To explore the clinical effct of thunder-fire moxibustion combined with nerve stimulation inthetreatment of piriformis syndrome and its influenceon nerveconduction.Method：A totalof 100 patients with piriformis syndromeadmitted tothe Third Afiliated Hospitalof Changchun Universityof Chinese MedicinefromJanuary 2023 to June 2024 were selected.They were divided into control groupand observation group according torandom numbertablemethod，with 50cases in each group.The control groupwastreated with nerve stimulation，and the observation group was treated with thunder-firemoxibustion combined with nerve stimulation.
