    [Abstract]Objective：Toobserve andcompare theeffect of different doses of recombinant tissue plasminogen activatorcombined withdual antiplatelet in the treatment of mild acute ischemic brain stroke.Method：A total of 90 patients with mild acute ischemicbrainstroke admitted to Beijing BoaiHospital from May 2022to August 2024 were selcted and divided into two groups according to random number table method， with 45 cases ineach group.
