    [Abstract]Objective： To investigate the application effect of chain-type one-stop emergency in trauma emergency patients.Method： A total of 140trauma emergency patients admitted to the Second Affliated Hospital of Xiamen Medical College from March 2022 to March 2024 were selected.Patients admitted from March 2022 to March 2023 were included in the control group (n=70)，and patients admitted fromApril 2023 to March 2024 were included in the observation group (n=70).The control group received routine emergency intervention， and the observation group received chain-type one-stop emergency.The treatment effect， treatment effciency (special examination time， examination completion time， emergency stay time， emergency to operation room time and admission to operation room time)，complication rate， mortality rate，hospital stay，injury severity score(ISS)and CRAMS score， and family satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result：The total efective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group ( P lt;0.05). The treatment efficiency of observation group were significantly better than those of control group ( P lt;0.05).
