Exploring the Relationship between Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy and Mitophagy Based on the Theory of \"Yang Deficiency of Spleen and Kidney, Blockade of Phlegm-Turbidity\"/WANG Yue, DONG Ping,YAO Guangyuan, HU Kai. //Medical Innovation of China, 2025, 22(12): 180-184[Abstract]The pathogenesis and treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy are the focus of medical research at present.Mitophagy is the process of removing or degrading damaged and aged mitochondrion. Mitophagy plays an important role in the occurrence and development of intervertebral disc degenerative change and neuropathic pain, and both intervertebral disc degenerative change and neuropathicpain are closely related to cervcal spondylotic radiculopathy,so it is inferred that mitophagy is closely related to the onset of cervical spondyloticradiculopathy.According totraditional Chinesemedicine, the main pathogenesis ofcervical spondylotic radiculopathy is yang deficiency of spleen andkidney and blockade of phlegm-turbiditywhich is similar to mitophagy atthe microscopic level. Therefore, based on the theory of \"Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney ......
