    [Abstract]Chronic gastritis as a common digestive system disease， has been found in western medicine treatment in some patients with poor treatment effect and high recurrence rate.Chinese medicine has unique advantages inthetreatment ofchronic gastritis.Inrecent years，it has been found thatShengyang Yiwei Decoction is efective inthetreatmentofchronicgastritis，andhasobvious advantages in improvingthe symptomsof patients， reducingthe degree of lesionsunder gastroscopyandinhibiting theproliferationof Hp.Its mechanismof actionis mainly anti-inflammatory bactericidal，regulating apoptosis，protecting gastric mucosaandregulating gastrointestinal motility.This paper reviews the researchon Shengyang YiweiDecoction in the treatment of chronic gastritis from the theoretical basis，clinical trials， modern pharmacology and mechanism of action， and provides a more accurate theoreticalbasis for ShengyangYiweiDecoction inthetreatmentofchronic gastritis ......
