    [Abstract]Objective： To explore the application efect of nursing intervention based on post management in patients with endometrial carcinoma after surgeryand its influence on post-traumatic growth.Method： A total of 60 patients withendometrialcarcinomaadmitedtoGuangzhouFirstPeople'sHospitalfromApril2O21toNovember 2023 were selected as the subjects，and were divided into two groups by envelope method，with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing after surgery，and the observation group combined with nursing interventionbased on post management on the basis of the control group.Self-management level，post-traumatic growth，incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result：The each dimension scores of assessment of health self-management skill for adults and post-traumatic growth inventory in the observation group were higherthan those in thecontrol group ......
