    [Abstract]Objective： To explore the applicationvalue of psychological crisis stressrelief nursing in patients withdistal finger skindefectundergoingfreeskin grafting.Method：A totalof1O2 patients withdistal finger skin defect who underwentfree skin grafting intheFifth Hospital of Xiamen from February2O21 to February 2O24 were selectedastheresearch objects and randomly divided intothe observation group (n=51)and thecontrol group ( n =51). The control group was given routine nursing， and the observation group was given psychological crisis stress relief nursing onthebasisof thecontrol group.The psychologicalresiliene，self-management abilityanxiety，depression， pain conditions and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Result：Afterthe intervention，the each dimension score of the Connor-Davidson resilience scale in both groups increased，and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group _(Plt;0.05) .
