    [Abstract]Objective： To analyze the impact of incentive based combined with early warning based nursing intervention on fatigue level and self perceived burden in colorectal cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Method： Eighty-six colorectal cancer radiotherapy and chemotherapy patients admitted to Guizhou Provincial People's Hospital from January to August 2O22 were selectedand divided into two groups of 43 cases each using a random number table method.The control group used early warning based nursing intervention; the observation group used incentive based nursing on this nursing programme;both groups were continuously intervened for 8 weeks;the fatigue level，self-perceived burden anduncertainty of disease beforeand after the intervention were compared between the two groups.Result：The score of the simple fatigue inventory in the observation group was lower than that in the control group ......
