    [Abstract]Objective：To investigatethe efectof Butylphthalide combined with Idebenone in the treatment of cognitive impairment caused bycerebralsmallvessl disease.Method：Eighty patients with cognitive impairment caused bycerebral small vessel disease who were admited tothe Department of Neurologyof Zichuan District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine，Zibo City from June 2O22 to June 2O24 were selected.By using the computer random digital table method，the patients were divided into the observation group and the control group， with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Butylphthalide and Sodium Chloride Injection.
