    [Abstract]Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of Guizhi Fuling Capsules combined with Mirena in the treatment of patients with adenomyosis (AM).Method：According to the random number table method，80 patients with AMtreated inthe Ji'an Central People's Hospital from January 2O21 to January 2024 were divided into two groups，with 4O cases in each group.The control group was treated with Mirena，while the observation group was treated with GuizhiFuling Capsules on the basis of the control group.The clinical eficacy，endometrial thickness (EMT)，sex hormone levels [folicle stimulating hormone (FSH)，uteinizing hormone(LH)，estradiol (E2)]， degreeof dysmenorrhea， menstrual volume，and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result： The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group ( P lt;0.05).After treatment ......
