    [Abstract]Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of non-invasive high frequencyoscilatory ventilation (NHFOV) combined with pulmonary surfactant (PS)in low birth weight premature infants with respiratory distress syndrome.Method：A total of 84 lowbirth weight premature infants with respiratory distress syndrome admitted to LongyanPeople's Hospital from May2O21 to October 2O24 wereselectedand divided into two groups according to therandom number table method，with 42 cases ineach group.Both groups were treated with PS.The control group received nasal continuous positive airway pressure (NCPAP) treatment，and the observation group received NHFOV treatment.The blood gas analysis related indicators，invasive mechanical ventilation conditions，inflammatory factors levels and the occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Result： There were no significant difference inblood gasanalysisrelated indicators between the two groups before treatment (Pgt;0.05 .Comparedwiththe control group ......
