    [Abstract] Objective：To explore the effect of Compound Brain Peptide Glycosides combined with Alteplasethrombolysis inthetreatmentof ischemic stroke (IS).Method：A total of98 patients with IS treated in Beijing Aerospace General Hospital from April 2O22 to April 2O24 were selected and divided into a study group and a control group using the medical record number envelope drawing method.The control group consisted of 49 patients who received Alteplase thrombolysis treatment，while the study groupconsisted of 49 patients who received Compound Brain PeptideGlycosides combined with Alteplase thrombolysis treatment.Theclinical efficacy，degree of neurological damage，living ability，cerebral hemodynamic indicators，neurological function indicators，and vascular endothelial function of the two groups were compared.Result： The total effectiverateof the study group was higher than that of the control group ......
