    [Abstract] Objective： To discuss the application value of plastic suturing technology in emergency superficial facial trauma.Method： A total of 9O patients with superficial facial trauma inthe Emergency Department of the from December2O22 to June 2O24 wererandomlyselected as subjects and randomly divided into two groups on average. The experimental group ( n： ：45) received plastic suture techniques， whilethecontrol group (n=45)received traditional emergency debridement and suturing surgery.The postoperative recovery indicators，suture eficiency，and infectionrate between two groups of patients werecompared. Result： The pain scores and scar scores of the experimental group were ( 1.12±0.35 )and 0.54±0.12 points，respectively，which were lower than ( 3.66±0.82) and (3.23±0.35 )points of the control group; the recovery time of the experimental group was 5.81±1.32 ) d ，which was earlier than ( 7.68±1.53 )d of the control group;the edema time of the experimental group was (3.23±0.45 )d ......
