    [Abstract]Objective：To investigate theclinical efectand influence for gastricmucosal stateof Iaprazole inthetreatmentof patientswith gastric ulcer.Method：Atotalof 8O patients with gastriculcerinLongyanPeople's Hospital from January 2O23 to June 2O24 were divided into groups bythe methodofrandom number table method. The two groups were treated with Bismuth Pectin，Amoxicilln and Clarithromycin，then 40 patients of control group were treated with Omeprazole，40 cases of observation group were treated with Iaprazole.Thenthe total effective ratesforgastric ulcer，adverse reactions rates，gastrointestinal hormones [gastrin(GAS)and motilin (MTL)] and gastric mucosal state [percentages of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR)and basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF)positive cells and gastric mucosal morphology score] before and afterthe treatment of two groups were compared.Result：The total effectiverates for gastriculcerof observation group was significantly higherthanthat of control group ......
