Effects of KangfuxinLiquid Combined with Omeprazole onPostoperativeWound Healingand Inflammatory Factors Levels in Patients after Endoscopic Submucosal Dissection

    [Abstract] Objective： To observe the effects of Kangfuxin Liquid combined with Omeprazole on wound healing and inflammatory factors levels in patients after endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD).Method：A totalof74 patients who underwent ESD in Putian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicinefrom February 2023 to December 2O24 were divided into two groups according to the random number table method，37cases in each group.The control group was treated with Omeprazole，and the observation group was treated with Kangfuxin Liquid onthe basis ofthecontrol group.The woundhealing eficacy，inflammatory factors levelsand theoccurrenceof complications were compared between the two groups.Result： Compared with the control group，the total effective rateof the observation group was higher，the difference was statistically significant ( P lt;0.05).
