    [Abstract] Objective：To study the impact general anesthesia combined with superficial cervical plexus nerve block on postoperative analgesia in patients undergoing thyroid surgery.Method：A total 1O2 patients with thyroid surgery who were treated in Ruijin People's Hospital from January 2O22 to December 2O24 were retrospectively selected as the research objects.According to different anesthesia regimens，the patients were divided into thecontrol group (51 cases)and the observation group (51 cases).The control group was given general anesthesia，and the observation group was givensuperficial cervical plexus block on the basis general anesthesia. The same analgesia pump was given after surgery in two groups.
