    [Abstract] Objective：To explore the therapeutic efect of acupoint embedding thread combined with autologous blood acupoint injection in patients with chronic urticaria(CU).Method：A total of 86 patients with CU admited to Shanghai Qingpu District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July2O21 to April 2024 were selected by convenience sampling method and divided into two groups according to the random number table method，with 43cases ineach group.The control group was given conventional treatment，whilethe observation group was treated with acupoint embeding thread combined with autologous blood acupoint injection on the basis of thecontrol group.Theclinical eficacy，pruritusdegree，wheal severityscore，serological indicatorsandrecurence rate of thetwo groups were compared.Result： The total efective rate of the observation group was higher than thatof the control group ......
