    [Abstract] Objective： To explore the therapeutic efct of needle-knife combined with acupuncture along the meridians in patients with lumbardisc protrusion (LDH).Method：A total of 88 patients with LDH who were treated in Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2O22 to April 2O24 were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group (treated with acupuncture along the meridians)and the observation group (treated with needle-knifecombined with acupuncture along the meridians)， with 44 cases in each group.The treatment course was 4 weeks.Compared the differences in lumbar spine range of motion，lumbar spine function，pain degre and quality of life between the two groups before and after treatment.Result： The total effectiverate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that inthe control group，the diference was statisticallysignificant( P ......
