    [Abstract]Objective：To analyze the effects of gestational nutritional interventionand intrapartum positional autonomy oncesarean sectionrate and intrapartum pain.Method：A total of 83 maternity who had regular prenatal examination and were ready to give birth in Ningyang County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to March 2O24 were selected for retrospectiveanalysis.According to diferent intervention schemes，they were divided into observation group (n=44)and control group (n=39).The control group was given conventional gestational intervention，and theobservation group was given gestational nutritional intervention and intrapartum positional autonomy on the basis ofthecontrol group.The nutrition-related indicators，pregnancy complications and pregnancy outcomes，the stage of labor and intrapartum pain degree and the neonatal immune response level were compared betwen the two groups.Result： The body massindex ......
