    [Abstract]Objective：To explore the clinical application value of adenosine deaminase (ADA) in pleural effusion (PE)，serum carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) and D-dimer (D-D) levels in the diagnosis of malignant pleural efusion (MPE).Method：Atotal of8O patients withPEand admited to Jingdezhen Fifth People's Hospital from September 2O21 to December 2O23 were retrospectively selected，and divided into the tuberculous pleural effusion (TPE) group ( n =48) and MPE group (n=32) according to the pathological diagnosis.
