    [Abstract]Objective： To explore the clinical value of neck vascular ultrasound combined with plasma lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2 (Lp-PLA2) and small dense low-density lipoprotein (sd-LDL) on evaluating atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease (ASCVD) in patients with hypertension.Method：A total of 80 patients with hypertension in Ganzhou People's Hospital from January 2022 to March 2O24 were included in observation group.
