    [Abstract]Objective：To analyze the influence single-port thoracoscopic radical resection lung cancer on complications，pain factors，prognosis，etc.inpatients with early pulmonary adenocarcinoma.Method：A total 6O patients with earlypulmonaryadenocarcinoma admited to Prefecturefrom January 2O22 to April 2O24 were selected and divided into the single-port groupandthe two-port group by simple randomization， with 3O cases in each group. Both groups underwent thoracoscopic radical resection lung cancer. The single-port group adopted the single-port method，and the two-port group adopted the two-port method.
