    [Abstract] Objective： To explore the clinical effect of domestic disposable ureteroscope combined with the tip end of the flexible negative pressure ureteral sheath of kidney stones gt;2 cm.Method：Sixty patients with kidney stones gt;2 cm were selected，all of whom were admited to the Yichun People's Hospital between June 2022 and June 2O24.They were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method，with 30 cases in each group.The control group received percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL) treatment， while the observation group received domestic disposable ureteroscopecombined with the tip end of the flexible negative pressure ureteral sheath.The stone clearance rate，surgical condition，pain score，renal function indicators ......
