    [Abstract]Objective：To explore the effect of warming needle moxibustion combined with Mullgan dynamic joint mobilization in the treatment of shoulder-hand syndromeafter stroke.Method：A total of 6O patients with shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke admited to Pingxiang People's Hospital from June 2O23 to June 2O24 were selected as the studysubjects，and were divided into control group(given Mulligan dynamic joint mobilization)and observation group (warming needle moxibustion combined with Mulligan dynamic joint mobilization) according to random number table method，with 3Ocases ineach group.
