    [Abstract]Objective：Toanalyzetheapplication effectof the combination of Jin Sanzhen and cognitive trainingintheearly rehabilitationtreatmentof post-strokecognitive impairment (PSCI).Method：Atotal of 103 patients with PSCI who were treated in the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine of Guangdong Provincial People's Hospital Ganzhou Hospital from December 2022 to July 2024 were selected.The patients were randomly divided into a control group (n=5O)and a treatment group ( n =53)based on the random number table method.Both groups received basic treatment.On this basis，the control group received cognitive training，while the treatment group received Jin Sanzhen combined cognitive training.
