    [Abstract]Fracture of scaphoid bone of wrist are relatively common among upper limb fractures， second only to distal fracture of radius.Due to the uniqueanatomical structure and blood supplyof the scaphoid boneof wrist，it iseasytobecomplicatedwithnonunionandischemicnecrosisafterfracturesoccur，soitisemphasizedto provide timely treatment for patientsthrough earlyandaccurate diagnosis in clinic to minimize theoccurrnceof complications.Atpresent，thediagnosisoffractureof scaphoidboneof wrist ismainlybasedonthecharacteristic manifestations of the fracture site and imaging examinations.However，the duration of characteristic clinical manifestations is short，andthecommonlyusedX-rayexaminationinclinical practicealso hasahigh missed diagnosis rate for fracture of scaphoid bone of wrist.For confirmed scaphorus fractures，the treatment methods include conservative treatment and surgical treatment，inwhich the surgical treatment has the risk of bone mass losing of scaphoid bone of wrist by adjusting the screw position many times.The development and application of computer-assisted technology have provided new ideas for solving the above problems.Therefore ......
