    [Abstract]Post-stroke shoulder pain(PSSP) is one of the common secondary disorders after stroke，its pathogenesis isnot completelyclear，which mayberelated to rotatorcuf injury，abnormal muscle tone，shoulder subluxation，shoulder-hand syndrome and adhesive capsulitis，etc.Traditional Chinese medicine has fewer side effects intreating PSSP，is economicaland convenient，and is more acceptable tothe public.Thisarticle summarizes the application of traditional Chinese medicine therapies such as acupuncture and moxibustion，Chinese materia medicaand massage in the treatment of PSSP，in order to provide reference for clinical treatment.
