    [Abstract] Objective： To investigate the therapeutic effect of Ambroxol Hydrochloride combined with Piperacillin Sodium and Tazobactam Sodium in elderly patients with acute exacerbationof chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD).Method： A retrospective analysis was conducted on the data of 304 patients with AECOPD admitted to Nanping First Hospital from January 2O21 to January 2O24.They were divided into two groups according to diferent treatment methods，with 152cases in each group.Both groups received conventional treatment.The control group was treated with intravenous infusion of Piperacillin Sodiumand Tazobactam Sodium， while theobservation group was treated with Ambroxol Hydrochlorideonthe basis of thecontrol group.The clinical effcacy ......
