    [Abstract] Objective：To investigate the therapeutic effect of Racecadotril Granules in children with rotavirus enteritisand its influenceon intestinal mucosal barrierindicators.Method：A totalof1OOchildren with rotavirus enteritis admitted to Ningde Municipal Hospital ofNingde Normal Universityfrom January 2O22 to January 2024 were divided into two groups according to the random number table method，with 5O cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment，and the observation group was treated with Racecadotril Granules on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate，incidence of adverse reactions，disappearance time of symptoms，serum and fecal inflammatory factors [interleukin-8 (IL-8) and interferon- γ (IFN |-γ| )] and intestinal mucosal barrier indicators [diamine oxidase (DAO)， D-lactic acid (D-Lac) and endotoxin (ET)] were compared between the two groups.Result：The total effective rateof the observation group was significantly higher than thatof the control group ......
