    [Abstract] Objective：To explore the influencing factors of radial artery injury in patients undergoing transradial coronary angiography.Method： A total of128 patients who underwent transradial coronary angiography in from July 2O23 to July 2O24 were selectedas the research subjects.All patients underwent transradial coronary angiography. They were divided into the occurrence group ( n =26) and the nonoccurrence group n=102 )based on whether radial artery injury occurred.The clinical data and surgical indicators of the two groups were compared.
