    [Abstract] Objective： To explore the application value of combined detection of serum progesterone and β -human chorionic gonadotropin(β-hCG)in the treatment of early threatened abortion.Method： From May 2022" to May 2O24，6O patients diagnosed with earlythreatenedabortion were enrolledas the observation group at the Department of Reproductive Medicine，the 96Oth Hospitalof People's Liberation Army JointLogistics SupportForce. Additionally， 6O healthy pregnant women with normal pregnancies were included as the control group.Both groups underwent serum progesterone and β -hCG detections. The indicators (serum progesterone， β -hCG detection values and diagnostic accuracy rate)of the two groups were statisticall analyzed and compared.
