    [Abstract]Objective： To explore the value of Tlymphocyte subsets in predicting the disease progression of children with lobular pneumonia.Method：A retrospective study was conducted to colect the clinical data of 102 children with lobular pneumonia who were treated in the of Xinyu People's Hospital from March 2O2O to October 2024，the children were grouped according to the disease progression，namely the severe group ( n =45)and the common group (n=57). Univariate analysis was conducted on the clinical data of the two groups and the conditions ofTlymphocyte subsets.Then，multivariate logistic regresion analysis was used to screen outthefactors associated with disease progression.The risk predictive value was analyzed through thereceiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve，and the area underthe curve (AUC)was used for testing.
